🏆 2026 Playoffs Rules ⚾
How Playoff Seeds Are Determined
Seeding for the Playoffs is based on each team's regular season record (excluding any games played against teams outside of CCLL, such as the Northglenn games). In instances where teams have the same record, the following tie-breaker criteria apply:
- Head-to-Head Record: The primary tiebreaker is the win-loss record between the tied teams during the regular season.
- Runs Against: If head-to-head is tied, the team that allowed the fewest total runs throughout the season will take the higher seed placement.
- Runs For: If a tie still persists, the total number of runs scored by each team throughout the season will be compared.
- Coin Toss: In the extremely rare event that all statistical categories are identical, a coin toss or random draw will be used to finalize the standings.
Note: These rules apply to the 2026 CCLL playoff season and are based on standard Coal Creek Little League rules.
